经济“脱实向虚”问题的成因及其解决路径

The Causes and Solutions of the Problem of"from Real Economy to Fictitious Economy"

“脱实向虚”是当前中国经济面临的一个严峻问题。目前我国经济“脱实向虚”主要表现为实体经济与虚拟经济的此消彼长、社会资源的配置错位两方面。而“脱实向虚”背后的重大结构性失衡、虚拟经济理论下的金融自我循环机制以及发展阶段转换面临的制度落后是导致我国经济运行“脱实向虚”的成因。为遏制经济“脱实向虚”、促进实体经济与虚拟经济协调发展,我国应深化供给侧结构性改革、推进现代社会主义市场经济制度建设、推进地方政府和企业的去杠杆化、抑制房地产领域的过度金融化、制约资本在平台领域的垄断行为等。

"Economy is from real to fictitious"is a serious problem that China′s economy is facing at present.It is mainly manifested in two aspects:the decline of the real economy and the growth of the fictitious economy,and the dislocation of the allocation of social resources.However,the major structural imbalance,the financial self circulation mechanism based on the theory of fictitious economy and the institutional backwardness in the transition of development stage are the causes of the transition from real economy to fictitious.In order to curb the economic"from real to fictitious"and promote the coordinated development of real economy and fictitious economy,China should deepen the supply-side structural reforms,promote the construction of modern socialist market economic system,promote the deleveraging of local governments and enterprises,restrain excessive financialization in the real estate field,and restrict the monopoly of capital in the platform field.
