神府致密气区块井身结构优化研究与应用

摘要 为了解决神府区块致密气钻井过程中早期使用的常规井身结构,存在机械钻速慢、易泥包、钻井周期长、以及钻井废弃物处理等问题,对井身结构进行了改进性研究。从钻具受力、扭矩、泵压、侧向力、固井ECD、成本等方面进行了研究,通过对比分析,井身结构Ф241.5 mm×Ф193.7 mm+Ф165.1 mm×Ф114.3 mm具有明显的优势,现场作业表明,可以提高机械钻速26%,减少钻井废弃物40%,减少管材用量30%,达到降本增效的目的,对后续致密气小井眼钻井具有一定的借鉴意义。 In the drilling process of tight gas in Shenfu block,the conventional well bore structure used in the early stage of drilling process has many problems such as slow mechanical drilling speed,easy mud bag and long drilling cycle.At the same time,with the increasingly strict environmental protection policy,the pressure of drilling waste treatment and discharge is also increasing.In order to solve these problems,the improved well bore structure is studied from the aspects of drilling force,torque,pump pressure,lateral force,bottom hole ECD and cost.Comparative analysis shows that the well structure ofФ241.5 mm×Ф193.7 mm+Ф165.1 mm×Ф114.3 mm has obvious advantages.Field operation verifies that the ROP can be increased by 26%,40%of the drilling waste can be reduced,30%of pipe consumption can also be reduced,which reduces cost and increases efficiency and has certain reference significance for the follow-up tight gas slim hole drilling.
