摘要
建立了基于非共轭聚合物点(G-PEI PDs)荧光探针检测水样中亚硝酸根离子的新方法,其机理是亚硝酸根离子对G-PEI PDs的荧光猝灭效应。采用简单的水热法合成G-PEI PDs,并将其作为荧光传感器,该传感器对NO^(-)_(2)具有较高的选择性和灵敏度;在340nm光激发和460nm光发射条件下,传感器G-PEI PDs的荧光强度随着NO^(-)_(2)浓度的改变呈线性猝灭关系,线性范围为0.020~2.0 mg·mL^(-1),检出限达到0.0032 mg·mL^(-1).本方法具有价格低廉、简单、检测时间短等特点。
In this paper,a new method based on a non-conjugated polymer dots(G-PEI PDs)fluorescence probe was established to detect nitrite ions in water.The mechanism is the fluorescence quenching effect of nitrite ions on G-PEI PDs.G-PEI PDs was synthesized by simple hydrothermal method and used as a fluorescence sensor,which had high selectivity and sensitivity to NO^(-)_(2).Under the light excitation of 340nm and emission of 460nm,the fluorescence intensity of G-PEI PDs shows a linear quenching relationship with the change of NO^(-)_(2) concentration.The linear range is 0.020~2.0 mg mL^(-1),and the detection limit reaches 0.0032 mg mL^(-1).This method has the characteristics of low price,simple and short detection time.
