摘要
工程教育认证加速了我国工程教育国际进程步伐,明确了高校工程专业办学指导方针,提升了工科人才培养效果质量。作为认证的核心工作,毕业要求达成度的评测,在理论研究和具体实践中均未形成统一、标准的方法,给认证的实施与准备带来不便与困惑。首先运用改进层次分析法,构建既覆盖毕业要求,又体现专业特色,且操作简便的指标体系;进而根据课程特点,确定目标点贡献度,并结合考核结果计算各目标点达成度;最后以所有课程目标点达成情况为基础,汇总得到毕业要求达成度。所设计的评测体系提升了推广的普适性,增强了应用的便捷性,提高了结果的准确性,具备较强的理论基础和实践价值,对认证工作的开展与准备具有一定的参考意义和借鉴价值。
The engineering education accreditation accelerates international process of engineering education in China,which clarifies guidelines for engineering majors in colleges and universities,and which improves the quality of engineering talent cultivation.But as the core task of accreditation,evaluation of achieving degree about graduation requirements has not formed unified and standard method in theoretical research and specific practice,and it brings inconvenience and confusion to implementation and preparation in certification.In this paper,the improved analytic hierarchy process is used to construct an index system not only combining graduation requirements with major characteristics but also easy to operate.Then,the contribution degree of every goal point is determined according to the characteristics of courses,and achieving degree of each goal point is calculated based on examination.Finally,the achieving degree about graduation requirements can be calculated using summarizing degree of achievement of all course goal points.The evaluation system designed in this paper promoting the universality of promotion,enhancing the convenience of application,and improving the accuracy of results,with strong theoretical basis and practical value,has obvious reference significance and value for the implementation and preparation of accreditation.
