摘要 细胞分裂素在植物生长发育和抵御系列非生物胁迫过程中发挥着重要作用。为了探讨萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)细胞分裂素信号转导途径中组氨酸磷酸转运蛋白(AHP)的生物学功能与表达模式,对萝卜AHP基因家族成员的数量、进化关系、顺式元件、基因结构、发育及非生物胁迫下基因表达模式进行分析。结果表明,萝卜AHP基因家族有6个成员,其中RsAHP2和RsAHP5为片段重复基因,RsAHP3和RsAHP4为串联重复基因;系统进化分析发现萝卜、拟南芥和白菜的AHP家族具有同源性;其启动子序列中含有光响应、激素响应和防御应激等顺式作用元件;萝卜AHP均在根中表达量高而在叶中表达量低;不同非生物胁迫条件下,RsAHP1、RsAHP2和RsAHP5差异表达显著。研究结果可为解析萝卜AHP基因功能提供理论依据。 Cytokinins play important roles in plant growth and development and resistance to a series of abiotic stresses.In order to explore the expression pattern and function of histidine phosphate transporters(AHP)of cytokinins signal transduction pathway in radish(Raphanus sativus L.),the number of members,evolutionary relationships,cis element,gene structure,and gene expression patterns of radish AHP genes family under development and abiotic stress were analyzed.A total of six members in the AHP gene family of radish,and RsAHP2 and RsAHP5 were fragment duplicates,and RsAHP3 and RsAHP4 were tandem duplicates.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the AHP family of radish,Arabidopsis and Chinese cabbage share homology.There were many cis-acting elements in the promoter sequence of AHP gene in radish,which are resposive to light response,hormone response and stress response.The expression level of AHP gene family was high in roots but low in leaves.Under different abiotic stress conditions,RsAHP1,RsAHP2 and RsAHP5 in radish were significantly differentially expressed.The results could provide a theoretical basis for analyzing the function of AHP in radish.
