摘要
以永磁直流电动机伺服驱动为例,研究了一种基于正弦转速辨识机械参数的方法。给出了系统的控制结构、参数及整定过程,并阐述了基于正弦转速实现伺服驱动机械参数辨识的原理。通过分析运动方程积分表达式的特点,提出一种简单有效的转动惯量初值辨识方法。最后,对文中方法进行仿真验证,并对比了在线性和非线性摩擦转矩作用下的辨识效果。
A mechanical parameters identification method based on sinusoidal speed is researched on permanent magnet DC motor(PDCM)servo drive.Structure and parameters of the system,and tuning process of controllers are demonstrated.Principle of the identification method is illustrated.A simple and effective method for estimating initial inertial of moment is proposed by analyzing integration of motion equation of servo drive.Finally,simulation results are given to verify the methods and compare its performance with linear and nonlinear friction torque.
