摘要
我国高等工程教育长期以来存在重视学生技术性能力培养忽视非技术性能力培养的问题,机械工程学院前瞻性地开展了双能力融合人才培养探索。深入聚焦双能力融合的新型工程人才培养,围绕能力培养目标及教学体系设计、智能制造教学平台构建、基于主动学习的教学模式改革、面向产出的多主体教学质量评价与激励机制建设等重点内容,全方位推进教学改革,成效显著,为“中国制造2025”所需的新型工程人才培养提供了新范式。
For a long time,China’s higher engineering education has been attaching importance to the cultivation of students’technical ability and neglecting the cultivation of non-technical ability,The School of Mechanical Engineering of Xi’an Jiao Tong University has prospectively carried out an exploration on the cultivation of talents with dual ability integration.Around the ability training objectives and teaching system design,we constructed intelligent manufacturing teaching platform,reformed teaching mode based on active learning,output-oriented multi-subject teaching quality evaluation and incentive mechanism construction,and so on.It promots teaching reform comprehensive,and provides a new paradigm for the cultivation of new engineering talents required by“Made in China 2025”and has achieved remarkable results.
