摘要
当前,缺少高质量的创新实践训练平台已成为影响应用公安大数据提升人才培养质量的重要原因之一,其主要困难在于平台建设投入大、实战应用场景不足和缺少高水平实践训练指导团队。为了克服这些问题,设计并建设了基于校内合作、校企合作、校局合作为基础,以教学学院为主体、公安实战单位和大数据技术企业共同参与,以服务和支撑实战应用为目标的公安大数据创新实践训练平台。针对该平台的功能构成、运作模式、取得的成果等进行了介绍和总结。该平台的建设对加强公安大数据应用人才培养和实战需求之间的有效衔接,建设公安大数据相关专业,支撑公安实战单位大数据应用,带动行业相关技术迭代具有重要作用。
Currently,the shortage of high-quality innovative training platform negatively impacts the training of professional officers data analyst.The existing problems include the costs being too heavy,no plenty practice scenarios and no professional supervisors being available.In order to overcome the shortages,we design and construct an innovative police big data training platform that aims at supporting and serving police practice work.The platform is jointly contributed by the police college,police bureaus and big data companies,it develops department collaborations inside police college,college-enterprise cooperation and college-bureau connections.In this paper,the framework,operation model,achievements of the platform are introduced and summarized.The experience of platform construction contains effectively enhancing connections between college and police bureau,and playing significant role in developing police big data specialty and supporting big data application and upgrading frontier techniques.
