Exploration on the Building of Experimental Technicians in Local Universities

摘要 在“双一流”建设背景下,强化地方高校实验技术人才培养,建立一支思想稳定、业务精湛的实验技术人才队伍,将促进地方高校教学和科研的发展。由于对实验技术人才队伍建设不够重视,管理体制不完善,岗位职责不明确,导致实验技术人才队伍建设困难重重。分析了地方高校实验技术人才队伍现状和存在的主要问题,提出了通过引进和培养高水平青年人才、明确岗位职责、畅通职称晋升途径等举措,强化高水平实验技术人才团队建设,为高水平研究型地方高校建设提供重要支撑。 Under the background of"double first-class"construction,it is of great importance for promoting the development of teaching and scientific researches in local universities to strengthen the training of experimental technicians,and to establish a reasonable,stable and skilled experimental technician team.Due to the lack of attention to the construction of experimental technology talent team,imperfect management system and unclear post responsibilities,the construction of experimental technology talent team is difficult.Using the Y university as an example,this work analyzes the current situation and main problems of the experimental technology talent team in local universities,and puts forward some measures to strengthen the construction of high-level experimental technology talent team by introducing and cultivating high-level young talents,clarifying job responsibilities,and unblocking the promotion path of professional titles.These motivations can provide important support for the construction of high-level research-oriented local universities through strengthening experimental technician team.
