摘要 冶炼属于高危行业,安全隐患较多,一旦发生安全事故,将给企业和个人的生命财产安全带来严重后果。为了提高冶炼作业安全评价的科学性和客观性,在传统LEC基础上引入函数和层次分析法(AHP)对该评价方法作出改进,修正L、E、C、D的取值后,应用于某冶炼企业铝铁生产作业危险性评价中。结果表明在冶炼企业AHP-LEC法计算得到的D值更能反馈实际作业条件的安全状态,对实际生产起到很好的指导作用。 Smelting is a high-risk industry in which there are many potential safety hazards.If a safety accident occurs,it will bring serious consequences to the life and property of enterprises and individuals.In order to improve the scientificity and objectivity of smelting operation in safety evaluation,function and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are introduced to amend the evaluation method based on the traditional LEC.After revising the values of L,E,C and D,they are applied to the risk assessment of aluminum and iron production in a smelting enterprise.The results show that the value of D calculated by the method of AHP-LEC can better reflect the safety state of actual working conditions,which plays an effective guiding role in actual production.
