火焰原子吸收法测定高铁闪锌矿中低含量铟

Determination of Low Content Indium in High-Iron Sphalerite by Flame Atomic Absorption Method

摘要 针对高铁闪锌矿组成复杂,对矿石中低含量铟的测定干扰因素多等特点,建立了火焰原子吸收法测定高铁闪锌矿中低含量铟的方法。方法检出限为0.001μg/mL,铟试样质量浓度在0.01~10μg/mL范围内与吸光度值A呈线性关系,线性方程相关系数r=0.99993,不同加标量样品的加标回收率在98.1%~101.4%之间,不同含量样品测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.34%~0.84%之间,方法准确度和精密度均能够满足要求。 In view of the complex composition of high-iron sphalerite and many interference factors for the determination of low-content indium in the ore,a flame atomic absorption method was established to determine the low-content indium in high-iron sphalerite.The detection limit of the method is 0.001μg/mL,and the concentration of indium sample is in the range of 0.01~10μg/mL.It represents a linear relationship with the absorbance value A and the correlation coefficient of the linear equation is 0.99993.The recovery rate of different spiked samples is 98.1%to 101.4%,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results of different content samples is 0.34%~0.84%.The accuracy and precision of the method can thus meet the requirements.
