摘要
针对泰国某铁矿中主要金属矿物有磁铁矿、赤铁矿、褐铁矿以及针铁矿的提铁降杂的研究,提出对原矿中-5 mm粒级研究采用“磨矿—弱磁选—强磁选”联合工艺,最终得到铁精矿产率为73.59%,铁品位为56.77%,回收率为81.31%。
This paper studies on refining iron and reducing impurity of some other metallic minerals such as magnetite,hematite,limonite and goethite in an iron ore in Thailand.The combined process of“grinding-weak magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation”can be adopted for the medium-5 mm particle size of the original ore.The final iron concentrate yield is 73.59%,the iron grade is 56.77%,and the recovery is 81.31%.
