军人职业荣誉感在激发军人履职尽责的动力中发挥着重要的作用。作为一种心理体验,军人职业荣誉感由社会认同感、集体归属感和自我价值感三个维度构成。从军人职业荣誉感的生成过程来看,大体经历了职业认知、职业认同、内化于心和外化于行四个环节,且各个环节相辅相成,共同促进军人职业荣誉感的生成。

The sense of military professional honor plays an important role in motivating soldiers to perform their duties.As a psychological experience,it consists of three dimensions social identity,collective belonging and self-worth.The sense of military professional honor finds its expression in four links professional cognition,professional identity,internalization and externalization,each of which complements another to jointly promote the generation of the sense as a whole.
