Research on courses system reconfiguration of management science under new training program

“三位一体”人才培养体系和院校调整改革,对大学管理类课程体系建设和人才培养提出了新的要求。通过分析新形势下管理类课程建设的特点和需求,总结当前管理类课程体系与新形势、新要求之间的差距,提出采用“课程体系-课程群-主干课程”的递阶控制模式重新构建管理类课程体系,并形成了初步的体系重构方案。

Under the condition of college reformation and the"Trinity"system of talent cultivation,further measures are required for the development of courses system of management science and its cultivation modes.The characteristics and requirements of the courses system under the new contexts are analyzed,and the gap between actuality and future-oriented requirement is specified in view of the reconstruction of a modified courses structure according to the"Trinity"mode,namely,the 3-stage hierarchical control model that constitutes a link chain from courses system to course groups to trunk courses.
