Research on index system of professional evaluation for military academies based on balanced scorecard

新《军队院校教育条例》颁布后,探索更新的军队院校专业评估体系对于找准办学定位、促进专业发展都有重要意义。因此,运用“平衡计分卡”方法探索了军队院校专业评估体系,构建了人才培养、资源保障、教学管理、学习与成长四维度结构,可为专业评估提供方法选择和决策支持。

As the basic unit of educating in colleges,specialty is very important for the efficiency of administration and talent cultivation.With the promulgation of the new"Military Academy Education Regulations",it is of great significance to explore and update the specialty evaluation system of military academies for the orientation and development of specialties.This paper explores and establishes the specialty evaluation system of military academies by using the method of"balanced scorecard"to form a four-dimension structure that features personnel training,resource guarantee,teaching manage-ment,learning and growth.It provides method selection and decision support for specialty evaluation.
