摘要
大数据时代下军品价格管理面临着数据建设分散、整合困难、分析方法匮乏等问题。借鉴美军相关成果,提出了军品价格数据采集、建设军品价格数据库的方法;并探讨了大数据在军品定价议价工作中的应用,可为我军解决军品定价议价中存在的问题提供借鉴。
In the era of big data,military product price management is facing problems such as scattered data construction,difficulty in integration,and lack of analytical methods.Drawing on the relevant achievements of the US military,a method is proposed for collecting military product price data as well as building a relevant database.And the application of big data in military product pricing and bargaining is discussed,thus providing reference for us to solve problems in this respect.
