稀土Y_(2)O_(3)/La_(2)O_(3)对陶瓷高温绿色釉性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 稀土氧化钇(Y_(2)O_(3))稀土氧化镧(La_(2)O_(3))具有不改变釉料颜色.提高釉面光泽度、增强耐磨性,有效消除陶瓷在烧结过程中形成的气泡、针孔、微裂及波纹等作用。本文基于正交实验设计方法研究了Y_(2)O_(3)、La_(2)O_(3)和绿色釉用量3个因素的变化,根据正交实验表,制备了9组高温绿色釉面陶瓷样品,通过对烧结后9组样品釉面的表面微观形貌、维氏硬度、呈色及粘度进行对比分析,以获得气泡率低、脱釉少、呈色稳定的高温绿色釉配合比。研究结果表明:第6组Y_(2)O_(3)、La_(2)O_(3)和绿色釉的质量配比为最佳配合比,La_(2)O_(3)质量分数为1.26%,Y_(2)O_(3)质量分数为0.63%,绿色釉质量分数为98.11%;其表面形貌中水平高度差较其他样品低5~10μm,高温绿色釉面更加平整;硬度最大,为859.5 HV,耐磨性较好,色差最小,白度48.262、绿度-15.719、黄度14.995,呈色最稳定;粘度最小,为50.6mPa·s,高温流动性好,烧结后表面更加光整。 Rare earth yttrium oxide(Y_(2)O_(3))and rare earth Lanthanum oxide(La_(2)O_(3))have the characteristics of not changing glaze color,improving glaze gloss,enhancing wear resistance,and effectivel y eliminating bubbles,pinholes,micro-cracks and ripples formed in ceramic sintering process.The Y_(2)O_(3),La_(2)O_(3) and green glaze ware researched by the orthogonal experimental design method.It has formed the orthogonal experiment table.The 9 groups of samples ware prepared according to the orthogonal experi ment table.Based on the 9 groups,the surface of the sample glaze microstructure after sintering,vickers h ardness,color and viscosity were analyzed.In order to obtain low bubble rate,less to take off the glaze,color stability of high temperature and ratio of green glaze.The results showed that the sixth group was the best mix proportion,the mass fraction of La_(2)O_(3) was 1.26%,Y_(2)O_(3) was 0.63%,and the mass fraction o f green glaze was 98.11%.The horizontal height difference in the surface morphology is 5〜10 μm lower than that of other samples,and the green glaze at high temperature is more flat.The hardness is the high est,859.5 HV,the good wear resistance,the smallest color difference,the whiteness is 48.262,the greenne ss is -15.719,and the yellow is 14.995.It is the most stable.The minimum viscosity is 50.6 mPa.s.It has good fluidity at high temperature,more smooth surface after sintering.
