摘要
风力送丝系统直接影响着卷烟质量和生产成本。文章针对某卷烟厂风送系统配置运行存在的烟丝碎丝率问题进行研究,构建了烟丝碎丝率与风送速度的约束优化模型,通过MATLAB软件编程求解,所得优化计算解与实测数据吻合,表明了所构建模型的有效性和准确性;通过改进风速测量和风送管路的风速控制,优化了风送进程。文章的研究成果为行业生产提供了有益的参考借鉴。
The wind-driven wire feeding system directly affects the quality and production cost of cigarettes.In this paper,the problem of shredded tobacco shredding rate in the configuration and operation of the air conveying system of a cigarette factory is studied,and a constrained optimization model of shredded shredded tobacco rate and air conveying speed is constructed.The solution is solved by MATLAB software.The optimized calculation solution obtained is consistent with the measured data.It shows the validity and accuracy of the constructed model;by improving the wind speed measurement and the wind speed control of the air delivery pipeline,the air delivery process is optimized.The research results of the article provide a useful reference for industry production.
