摘要
就业作为博士教育运行机制的终端,是对博士生培养质量的重要检验。已有博士毕业生就业选择研究主要围绕整体就业率、就业选择趋向、就业选择差异性等方面展开,达成了一些共识,为了解博士毕业生就业选择提供了有效途径。但相关研究在数据来源以及研究内容上普遍存在年限单一、院校单一或分析维度单一等问题,未来研究需采用多年限、多院校、多维度分析的方式对博士毕业生就业选择进行更加准确、深入、全面的呈现。
As the terminal of the operation mechanism of doctoral education,employment is an important test of the quality of doctoral education.The existing researches on the employment choice of PhD graduates mainly focus on the overall employment rate,the trend of employment choice,and the differences in employment decision.Some consensus has been reached,which provides an effective way to understand the employment decision of PhD graduates.However,in terms of data source and research content,there are some problems such as single age,single institution or single analysis dimension.Future research needs to adopt multi age,multi institution and multi-dimensional analysis to present the employment decision of d PhD graduates more accurately,deeply and comprehensively.
