面向生产第一线培养技术型人才:地方本科院校转型发展的合理选择

Training Technical Talents for Front Line of Production:A Reasonable Choice for the Transformation and Development of Local Undergraduate Colleges

当前,随着科技的发展与产业的转型升级,生产第一线需要大批本科以上技术技能型人才,职业教育由此被确认为类型教育。职业教育的不可替代性,也恰恰在于其面向生产、建设、管理、服务等第一线岗位(以下简称“生产第一线”)培育各类人才。在高等教育迈向普及化的背景下,地方本科院校要想赢得发展的比较优势,就必须利用类型教育这一理论创新与政策供给,主动将生产第一线技术技能型人才作为培养目标,并通过深度的技术学习、缄默知识共享等途径,来促进地方本科院校转型发展真正落到实处。

At present,with the development of science and technology and the transformation and upgrading of industry,the front line of production needs technical and skilled talents above undergraduate,so vocational education is recognized as a type education.The irreplaceability of vocational education is precisely that it cultivates all kinds of talents for front⁃line posts such as production,construction,management and service(hereinafter referred to as"front⁃line").Under the background of popularization of higher education,in order to win the comparative advantage of development,local undergraduate colleges must make use of the theoretical innovation and policy supply of the type education,take the initiative to make the production of front⁃line technical and skilled talents as the training goal,and promote the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges through deep technical learning,tacit knowledge sharing and other ways.
