生物炭对土壤细菌种群多样性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 利用高通量测序技术研究经生物炭处理Cr(Ⅵ)污染土壤中细菌丰度及种群结构变化。结果表明,在生物炭添加量为5%(V/V)时,分析细菌种群多样性结果表明,4个样品多样性排序为D500(大豆秸秆在热解温度为500℃时制备的生物炭)>S500(脱水污泥在热解温度为500℃时制备的生物炭)>空白>Cr(Ⅵ)污染组;在门和属水平分析土壤细菌种群结构,发现生物炭添加对污染土壤中细菌群落结构影响显著,部分菌属恢复至无污染水平(CK水平),且生物炭施加促进植物生长,表明生物炭施加对Cr(Ⅵ)土壤污染修复具有良好效果。研究结果为研究生物炭对环境中微生物活性影响提供理论依据,并为今后生物炭在环境中应用提供基础。 High-throughputsequencing technology was used to investigate the bacterial abundance and population structure changes in Cr(Ⅵ)contaminated soil treated with biochar.The results showed that when the amount of biochar added was 5%,the analysis of bacterial population diversity showed that the diversity order of the four samples was D500(biochar prepared when the pyrolysis temperature of soybean straw was 500℃)>S500(biochar prepared when the pyrolysis temperature of dehydrated sludge was 500℃)>blank>Cr(Ⅵ)pollution group.The soil bacterial population structure was analyzed at the phylum level and genus level,and it was found that the addition of biochar had a significant impact on the bacterial community structure in contaminated soil.Some bacterial genera restored to the level of non-polluted soil(CK level)and the application of biochar promoted the growth of plants,indicating that the application of biochar was beneficial to the restoration of the Cr(Ⅵ)soil pollutedsoil.The achievements of this study could provide a theoretical basis for the influence of biochar on the activity of microorganisms in the environment and provide a basis for the future application of biochar in the environment in the future.
