我国中外资财险公司全要素生产率评价及路径优化

本文运用DEA-Malmquist模型对2013-2017年我国24家中外资财险公司的全要素生产率进行测度与评价,并利用fsQCA探讨效率提升的前因条件组合。研究发现:2013-2017年我国财险公司总体运行状况良好,样本企业平均技术效率值为0.766,纯技术效率和规模效率均值分别为0.9278和0.8314;我国财险公司全要素生产率变动(TFP)年均上升3.54%,运行效率总体呈上升趋势。中外资财险公司表现各有不同,中资财险公司的全要素生产率高于外资财险公司,分别为1.0766和0.977。文章基于组态视角解释了企业实现高全要素生产率水平的内在逻辑和路径,为进一步提升我国财险业高效率运行提供决策参考。

This paper uses the DEA-Malmquist model to measure and evaluate the total factor produc⁃tivity of 24 foreign-funded property insurance companies in China from 2013 to 2017,and uses fsQCA to ex⁃plore the antecedent-condition combination of efficiency improvement.The results show that the overall perfor⁃mance of property insurance companies in China during 2013-2017 is good.The average technical efficiency of sample enterprises is 0.766,the average pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are 0.9278 and 0.8314,respectively.The total factor productivity(TFP)of property insurance companies in China increased by 3.54%annually,and the operating efficiency shows an overall upward trend.The performance of Chinese and foreign property insurance companies is different.The total factor productivity of Chinese property insur⁃ance companies is higher than that of foreign property insurance companies,being 1.0766 and 0.977 respec⁃tively.Based on the view of configuration,this paper explains the internal logic and path for enterprises to achieve high TFP level,providing a reference for decision-making to further improve the efficient operation of China's property insurance industry.
