摘要
针对两自由度直驱感应电机(2DoFDDIM)采用实心转子结构其性能指标较低的问题,设计了一种适用于2DoFDDIM的开槽铸铜转子结构。从有限元分析结果可以看出:开槽铸铜的转子结构可以有效改善转子涡流回路进而提高电机性能指标。为了选取转子最优的开槽参数,以2DoFDDIM旋转运动部分为研究对象,引入了田口法实现2DoFDDIM的多目标优化。选取电机的转矩、转矩波动、效率、功率因数、转矩电流比等特性作为优化目标,确定了对优化目标影响较大的参数及其影响因子范围。建立实验正交矩阵,计算开槽参数的因子水平对目标性能的影响比重,从而确定最优的参数组合。通过优化前后特性对比,结果表明优化后2DoFDDIM的综合性能得到极大的提高。
Aiming at the problem of low performance index of two-degree-of-freedom direct drive induction motor(2DoFDDIM)with solid rotor structure,a slot cast and layer with copper cast mover structure is designed.From the results of finite element analysis,it can be seen that the slot cast and layer with copper cast mover structure can effectively improve the rotor eddy current loop and thus improve the performance index of the motor.In order to select the optimal slotting parameters of the rotor,taking the 2DoFDDIM rotating motion part as the research object,and the Taguchi method was introduced to realize the multi-objective optimization of 2DoFDDIM.The characteristics such as the torque,torque ripple,efficiency,power factor,and torque-current ratio of the motor are selected as the optimization objectives,and the parameters that have a greater influence on the optimization objectives and the range of influence factors of the parameters are determined.An experimental orthogonal Matrix was established to calculate the specific gravity of the effect of the factor level of parameters on the target performance,so as to determine the optimal parameters.Comparing the characteristics before and after optimization,the results show that the comprehensive performance of 2DoFDDIM is greatly improved after optimization.
