摘要
目的:探讨蔗糖溶液联合非营养性吸吮(NNS)应用于静脉穿刺足月新生儿的效果。方法:选取焦作市妇幼保健院静脉穿刺足月新生儿226例(2019年5月—2020年4月)作为研究对象,2019年5月—2019年11月111例为对照组,接受NNS干预,2019年12月—2020年4月115例为观察组,在对照组基础上接受蔗糖溶液联合NNS干预。比较两组啼哭时间、准备阶段、穿刺阶段、恢复阶段血氧饱和度(SpO2)、心率(HR)变化情况、穿刺时、穿刺后1min、2min新生儿疼痛评估量表(NIPS)评分。结果:观察组啼哭时间短于对照组(P<0.05);穿刺阶段、恢复阶段,观察组HR低于对照组,SpO2高于对照组(P<0.05);穿刺时、穿刺后1min、2min,观察组NIPS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蔗糖溶液联合NNS应用于静脉穿刺足月新生儿,可稳定SpO2、HR,降低疼痛程度,缩短啼哭时间。
Objective:To investigate the effect of sucrose solution combined with non-nutritive sucking(NNS)on venipuncture of neonates.Methods:A total of 226 neonatal full-term neonates(from May 2019 to April 2020)in the hospital were selected as the research objects.111 cases from May 2019 to November 2019 were included in the control group and received NNS intervention.115 cases from December 2019 to April 2020 were included in the observation group and received sucrose solution combined with NNS intervention on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)and heart rate(HR)in crying time,preparation phase,puncture phase and recovery phase,neonatal infant pain scale(NIPS)scores during puncture,1 min and 2 min after puncture were compared between the two groups.Results:The crying time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the puncture and recovery phases,the HR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and SpO2 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During puncture,1 min and 2 min after puncture,the NIPS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sucrose solution combined with NNS applied to venipuncture full-term neonates can stabilize SpO2 and HR,reduce pain,and shorten crying time.
