摘要
针对GJ600剑杆织机高速工作振动过大的问题,进行仿真计算,建立打纬机构和凸轮机构的仿真模型,研究了磙子与凸轮之间的接触刚度、接触预紧力、钢扣与摇杆轴的质量等对振动的影响。
In this paper, a simulation method of the vibration of GJ600 rapier loom was studied. A simulated model of the two machines was built, in which the contact rigidity between stone roller and cam, the contact pre - force and the mass of the spindle were studied.
