摘要
为响应国家清洁供暖的号召,在老旧小区的供暖改造项目中,空气源热泵受到了越来越多的关注。本文针对邯郸市某小区的空气源热泵供暖改造项目的实际运行情况进行了测试,通过测试结果发现,系统的供回水温差为2-3℃,整个供暖季的平均COP仅为2.0。在测试分析的基础上,总结出空气源热泵供暖系统实际运行过程中存在的问题,分析了产生问题的原因,并提出了相应的优化方案,优化后可进一步降低系统的能耗,为空气源热泵供暖项目的推广应用提供了技术借鉴。
In response to the national call for clean heating,the air source heat pump has received more and more attention in the heating renovation project of the old residential area.In this paper,the actual operation of an air source heat pump heating renovation project in a residential area of Handan city was tested.The test results showed that the temperature difference between supply and return water of the system was 2-3℃,and the average COP of the whole heating season was only 2.0.Based on the test and analysis,the problems existing in the actual operation of the air source heat pump heating system are summarized,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward.After optimization,the energy consumption of the system can be further reduced,which provides a technical reference for the popularization and application of the air source heat pump heating system.
