摘要
建立了以高效液相色谱检测四氯蒽醌含量的方法,以WondaSil C18-WR5um为色谱柱、流动相为:乙腈+水=80+20(V/V)、检测波长为:254nm、流速为:1.0mL/min。采用归一法定量。该方法的标准偏差为:0.20%,线性相关系数为:0.9991,变异系数(CV,%)=0.22。线性关系良好,平均回收率为:99.17%。该方法具有简单、快速、准确及分离效果好的优点。
A method for the determination of tetrachloroanthraquinone content by HPLC.Wondasil C18-WR5um column was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile+water=80+20(V/V),the detection wavelength was 254nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml/min,and quantified by rule onemethod.The standard deviation of the method is 0.20%,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9991,the coefficient of variation(CV,%)=0.22,the linear relationship is good,the average recovery is 99.17%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and has good separation effect.
