摘要 国内精细化工企业的常压储罐具有罐容小、种类多和介质危险的特点,常有泄露、火灾爆炸和人员中毒等事故的发生。为尽可能地避免常压储罐发生这些事故,在设计阶段通过危害分析、合理选材设计、设置相应安全设施和保护层、确定合理的操作和维护规程,就可以保证常压储罐的安全、环保和稳定运行。 Atmospheric storage tanks in domestic fine chemical enterprises have the characteristics of small capacity,many kinds and dangerous media,and accidents such as leakage,fire,explosion and personnel poisoning often occur.In order to avoid these accidents as much as possible,the safety,environmental protection and stable operation of atmospheric storage tanks can be guaranteed by hazard analysis,reasonable material selection design,setting up corresponding safety facilities and protective layers,and determining reasonable operation and maintenance procedures in the design stage.
