摘要
氯酸钠+硫酸生产二氧化氯所产“废液”的化学成分为:硫酸、硫酸氢钠和硫酸钠。测定化学成分的含量,用于计算沉淀剂又作中和剂的碳酸钙的用量,将其加入“废液”产生沉淀硫酸钙和碳酸氢钠。经过滤,滤饼为产品硫酸钙;滤液经浓缩→结晶,得产品碳酸氢钠。
The chemical components of the“waste liquid”produced by sodium chlorate+sulfuric acid to produce chlorine dioxide are:sulfuric acid,sodium bisulfate and sodium sulfate.Determine the content of chemical composition of calcium carbonate,and calculate the amount of calcium carbonate,used as a precipitant and neutralizer.Add calcium carbonate to the“waste liquid”to produce precipitated calcium sulfate and sodium bicarbonate.After filtration,the filter cake is calcium sulfate,and the filtrate is concentrated and crystallized to obtain sodium bicarbonate.
