摘要
目的探讨射频导入外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-bFGF)治疗面部玫瑰痤疮的效果。方法2018年12月至2019年11月,46例玫瑰痤疮患者随机分成3组:对照组单纯口服羟氯喹,试验组A口服羟氯喹加rh-bFGF外涂,试验组B口服羟氯喹加射频导入rh-bFGF。记录各组红斑、毛细血管扩张、灼热、瘙痒、干燥等症状的变化及不良反应。结果治疗前、治疗2周后3组面部红斑评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,试验组A、试验组B患者红斑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,试验组A、试验组B患者红斑消退情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组B的红斑评分亦明显低于试验组A(P<0.05)。试验组B总显效率87.50%,高于试验组A的73.33%和对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。3组患者面部灼热、瘙痒、干燥等症状在治疗前无明显差异,治疗后试验组A、试验组B的症状改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论射频导入rh-bFGF治疗面部玫瑰痤疮疗效确切,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of radiofrequency induction of external recombiant human basic fibroblast growth factor(rh-bFGF)in the treatment of rosacea.Methods From December 2018 to November 2019,the 46 patients with rosacea were randomly divided into three groups.The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine,the experimental group A was treated with hydroxychloroquine and rh-bFGF,and the experimental group B was treated with hydroxychloroquine and radiofrequency induction of rh-bFGF.Results There was no significant difference in facial erythema scores between the three groups before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the erythema score of the patients in the experimental group A and B was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the erythema regression in the experimental group A and B was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The erythema score of the patients in the experimental group B was also significantly lower than that in the experimental group A(P<0.05).The total significant effective rate of experimental group B(87.50%)was higher than that of experimental group A(73.33%)and control group(33.33%)(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of facial burning,itching,and dryness before treatment in the three groups.During the treatment,the symptoms of the experimental group A and the experimental group B improved better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat facial rosacea with radiofrequency induction of rh-bFGH.
