低延展性弹力绑带在下肢静脉曲张手术中的应用

The effect of low stretch elastic bandage on varicose vein operation of lower extremity

目的探讨低延展性弹力绑带在静脉曲张手术患者中的作用。方法2008年1月至2019年12月,130例接受静脉曲张微波腔内闭合手术患者,随机分成两组:对照组(n=65)使用常规绑带材料,治疗组(n=65)使用低延展性弹力绑带。比较2组术后主观感受、肢体水肿发生率、治疗部位皮损发生率。结果治疗组患者感觉良好,肢体水肿、治疗部位皮损发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低延展性弹力绑带材料可明显降低术后皮损、肢体肿胀等的发生,提升术后患者舒适度。

Objective To explore the effect of low stretch elastic bandage on varicose vein operation of lower extremity.Methods From January 2008 to December 2019,130 patients undergoing microwave intracavitary closure for varicose veins were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=65)using conventional banding materials,and the treatment group(n=65)using low stretch elastic banding.The postoperative subjective feeling,the incidence of limb edema and the incidence of skin lesions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,better feeling,lower incidence of limb edema,lower incidence of skin lesions were observed in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low stretch elastic bandage can decrease the incidence of skin lesion,decrease the incidence of limb edema,and improve postoperative feelings.
