基于变工质模化方法的超临界CO_(2)储能透平膨胀机相似特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 变工质下透平膨胀机的相似模化特性研究是特殊工质透平膨胀机研发的关键技术手段和必要方法,也是提升研发效率和节约成本的有效途径。本文提出了一种基于转速、进口总温、绝热指数和气体常数的适用于透平膨胀机变工质的新型模化方法,并利用某透平膨胀机对超临界CO_(2)与空气的相似模化进行了数值验证。结果显示,在总体性能参数的模化上具有较高的精确度;在内部流场预测(马赫数、速度分布)等方面也具有良好的模化效果。该方法适用于利用空气模化高温度、高压力下的超临界CO_(2)储能做功过程。 The study of similar modeling characteristics of turbo-expanders with different working fluids is not only the important technical means and necessary method for the research and development of turbo-expanders with special working fluids but also an effective approach to improve the efficiency of research and development and save cost.In this study,a new modeling method based on rotational speed,inlet total temperature,adiabatic index,and gas constant is proposed.The modeling method is suitable for varying the working fluids of turbo-expanders,and it is numerically confirmed using supercritical CO_(2) and air in a turbo expander.It exhibits high accuracy in modeling the overall performance parameters and has a good modeling effect in predicting the internal flow field(Mach number,velocity distribution).This method is suitable for modeling the work process of supercritical CO_(2) energy storage at high temperatures and high pressure using air.
