现阶段人民健康安全与医疗卫生管理工作有密切的关系,而医疗公共卫生涉及的领域,包括社会经济、环境等多方面。针对上述情况需要加强对人民生活环境的整治,需要加强对健康社会的塑造,以提供良好的生活环境,起到提升人民健康安全保证的作用。而从近些年来的医疗公共卫生管理情况看,由于公共卫生领域及食品安全卫生领域的各种问题频繁出现,导致人民处于长期健康安全风险当中。不仅如此,公共卫生影响的领域还包括经济、心理等领域,从而导致健康安全影响的因素进一步增加。卫生健康领域的安全是保证社会安全的关键,因而,为了避免人民健康安全的威胁,保证公共卫生事业健康发展,就需要从卫生健康安全角度出发,加强整治力度,构建健康安全框架,确保卫生管理系统充分发挥作用。而在卫生健康安全整治过程中,应充分考虑到其所处的风险环境,以有效的措施,对卫生健康安全进行合理管控。
