DR平片、CT与MRI在脊柱骨折诊断中的应用价值

目的分析DR平片、CT与MRI在脊柱骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年3月—2019年10月医院收治的脊柱骨折患者66例为研究对象,对患者影像学基础性资料进行分析。结果三种不同检查方法准确度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI诊断和CT诊断准确度高于DR平片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI准确度高于螺旋CT诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各种检查方式椎间盘损伤检出率有较大差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DR平片可为脊柱骨折患者提供基础性筛查方法,同时采用CT与MRI可为疾病诊断提供依据,进而对病情进行全方位评估,因此可知三种方法联合使用有良好效果。

Objective To analyze the application value of X-ray plain film,CT and MRI in the diagnosis of spinal fracture.Methods From March 2018 to October 2019,66 patients with spine fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects to analyze the basic data of patient impact.Results The accuracy of the three methods was significantly different(P<0.05),the accuracy of MRI and CT was higher than that of X-ray plane,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the accuracy of MRI was higher than that of spiral CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the detection rate of disc injury in various examination methods,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion X-ray plain film can provide a basic screening method for patients with spinal fracture,while CT and MRI can provide a basis for disease diagnosis,and then carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the disease,so it can be seen that the combination of the three methods has a good effect.
