腋窝反向淋巴作图预防乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的应用研究

Application of Axillary Reverse Lymphatic Mapping Combined With Barotherapy for Prevention of Upper Extremity Edema After Breast Cancer Operation

目的研究腋窝反向淋巴作图联合气压治疗仪预防乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的应用。方法选取2017年1月13日—2018年8月30日收治的100例乳腺癌患者,随机分为对照组(n=50)与治疗组(n=50),对照组采用气压治疗仪,治疗组在气压治疗仪基础上添加腋窝反向淋巴作图。对两组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果治疗前两组患者视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale/score,VAS)、生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组患者VAS、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组上肢水肿发生情况、腋窝淋巴结复发率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腋窝反向淋巴作图联合气压治疗仪预防乳腺癌术后上肢水肿具有显著应用效果。

Objective To study the application of axillary reverse lymphography combined with barometric pressure instrument to prevent upper extremity edema after breast cancer operation.Methods 100 breast cancer patients admitted between January 13,2017 and August 30,2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and treatment group(n=50).The control group was received barotherapy instrument.The treatment group was received a reverse axillary lymphatic mapping based on the barometer.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no significant difference in visual analogue scale/score(VAS)and quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS and quality of life scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of upper extremity edema and the recurrence rate of axillary lymph nodes in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Axillary reverse lymphatic mapping combined with barometric pressure therapy has a significant application effect in preventing upper extremity edema after breast cancer operation.
