糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂用于小儿鼻窦炎的疗效

Curative Effect of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in Children With Sinusitis

目的分析研究糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂用于小儿鼻窦炎的治疗价值。方法2018年11月—2020年3月,选择我院接收的80例鼻窦炎患儿,按随机数字表法划分为观察组(糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂)与对照组(常规治疗)各40例,对比治疗效果、不良反应发生率及细菌清除率。结果观察组治疗有效率(97.50%)较对照组(82.50%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(2.50%)较对照组(17.50%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组细菌检出率数据,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);和对照组细菌清除率(72.50%)相比,观察组(92.50%)更高,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗方案,对鼻窦炎患儿具有降低心悸、头晕、鼻腔干燥、鼻腔出血等不良反应发生率的效果,细菌的清除率明显提高,很大程度上提高了治疗有效率。

Objective To analyze and study the therapeutic value of mometasone furoate nasal spray in children with sinusitis.Methods From November 2018 to March 2020,80 patients with sinusitis received in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(momethasone furoate nasal spray)and control group(conventional treatment)40 cases each according to random number table method.Treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions and bacterial clearance rate were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(82.50%),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the incidence of adverse reactions(2.50%)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(17.50%),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;both groups there was no significant difference in the bacterial detection rate data, P > 0.05;compared with the bacterial clearance rate of the control group (72.50%), the observation group (92.50%) was higher, and the difference between the groups was significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion The implementation of mometasone furoate nasal spray treatment has the effect of reducing the incidence of adverse reactions such as palpitations, dizziness, nasal cavity dryness, and nasal bleeding in children with sinusitis. The clearance rate of bacteria has been significantly improved, which has greatly improved, the treatment is effective.
