患儿便秘40例实施中医推拿和穴位敷贴的护理效果分析

Nursing Effect Analysis of 40 Cases of Constipation in Children With Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage and Acupoint Application

目的对采用中医推拿和穴位敷贴护理患儿便秘40例的效果进行分析和研究。方法选择我院收治的患儿便秘患者80例作为本次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2018年4月—2019年3月,按照病历单双号将这些患儿划分为联合护理组和推拿护理组,每组各有40例。采用推拿护理对推拿护理组进行护理,采用中医推拿和穴位敷贴的方式对联合护理组进行护理,对两组患儿的护理效果进行分析和比较。结果在各项症状评分方面,联合护理组明显优于推拿护理组,两组患儿比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。推拿护理组达到了80.0%的护理满意度,联合护理组达到了97.5%的护理满意度,在护理满意度方面,联合护理组优于推拿护理组,两组患儿比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对患儿便秘实施中医推拿和穴位敷贴联合护理的效果确切,能够有效地改善临床症状,提升患儿家属的护理满意度。

Objective The nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with acupoint application in 40 children with constipation was analyzed and studied.Methods Eighty pediatric constipation patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The period of time was from April 2018 to March 2019.These children were divided into combined care group and massage care according to the single and double numbers of medical records there were 40 cases in each group.The nursing group was treated with massage therapy,and the combined nursing group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage and acupoint application.The nursing effects of the two groups of children were analyzed and compared.Results The scores of the symptoms in the combined care group were significantly better than those in the massage care group.The children in the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Tuina nursing group achieved 80.0%nursing satisfaction,and the combined nursing group reached 97.5%nursing satisfaction.In terms of nursing satisfaction,the combined nursing group was superior to the tuina nursing group,and the children in the two groups were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined effect of TCM massage and acupoint application for constipation in children is definite,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and improve nursing satisfaction of children's families.
