脑卒中并发吞咽障碍患者出院准备度调查研究

Investigation on Discharge Readiness of Patients With Stroke Complicated With Dysphagia

目的探讨脑卒中并发吞咽障碍患者出院准备度的临床现况,分析出院准备度相关因素。方法2020年5—12月对厦门市某三级甲等医院神经内科62位患有脑卒中合并吞咽障碍的住院患者进行现况调查。结果脑卒中并发吞咽障碍患者的出院准备度3个维度中得分由高到低按顺序为预感性支持(7.46±0.80)分、个人状态(7.18±0.88)分和适应能力(6.98±0.91)分,其中文化程度、居住状况、医疗费用支付情况、住院次数、服药状况及出院指导质量是其主要影响因素。结论调查显示,脑卒中并发吞咽障碍患者的出院准备度处于中等水平,医院应切实做好患者出院前准备工作,提供个性化的出院指导,加强对个人状态的调整和对病后日常生活的适应,使得患者在出院时具备更加理想的准备条件,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical status of discharge readiness in patients with stroke complicated with dysphagia,and to analyze the related factors.Methods From May to December 2020,62 inpatients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with dysphagia in the department of neurology of a gradeⅢ,grade A hospital in Xiamen were investigated.Results The scores of discharge readiness of stroke patients with dysphagia from high to low were presentiment support(7.46±0.80)points,personal status(7.18±0.88)points and adaptability(6.98±0.91)points.Among them,education level,residence status,medical expenses payment,hospitalization times,medication status and discharge guidance quality are the main influencing factors.Conclusion This survey shows that stroke complicated by swallowing disorder discharge readiness in the medium level,hospital patients before discharge should be practical and ready for work,provide personalized discharge guidance,to strengthen the adjustment of individual states and to adapt to daily life after illness,patients in the hospital when meet more ideal preparation conditions,reduce the disease recurrence.
