摘要
目的分析腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗肥胖症青少年患者的术后营养管理。方法回顾分析本院2015年6月—2020年3月收治的60例肥胖症青少年患者,患者均接受腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗,按其术后护理方式分组,其中30例接受常规干预(对照组),另30例接受术后营养管理(观察组),比较两组患者干预状况,如患者BMI、腰臀比、体质量等。结果干预前组间人体成分数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组腰臀比、体脂率、BMI、去脂体质量、体质量低于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肥胖症青少年患者接受腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗,术后加以营养管理,可显著降低患者体质量,减少患者身体脂肪率,有利于疾病康复。
Objective To analyze the postoperative nutritional management of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy for obese adolescents.Methods A total of 60 cases of obese adolescent patients in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy,and they were divided into two groups according to their postoperative nursing methods,of which 30 cases received routine intervention(control group),and the other 30 cases received postoperative nutrition management(observation group).The intervention status of each patient,such as BMI,waist hip ratio,weight and so on,was compared.Results There were no significant differences in body compositions between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the waist hip ratio,body fat rate,BMI,fat free weight and body weight of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion After laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy,nutritional management can significantly reduce the weight and body fat rate of obese adolescents,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of the disease.
