摘要
目的探讨和分析依达拉奉联合丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者疗效及脑血管储备能力影响。方法选取我院于2019年8月—2020年8月收治急性脑梗死患者110例,按照交叉双盲法随机分为两组,所有患者均实施常规对症治疗,对照组55例患者给予依达拉奉治疗,观察组55例患者给予依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗。对比两组患者显著、有效、无效等临床疗效。根据脑血管储备能力(CVR)、屏气指数(BHI)指标,对比两组治疗前后脑血管储备水平。根据髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)指标,对比两组治疗前后氧化应激水平。结果观察组显著率、总有效率高于对照组,无效率低于对照组,组间有差异(P<0.05)。治疗前两组CVR、BHI水平无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组CVR、BHI水平优于对照组,组间有差异(P<0.05)。治疗前两组MPO、GSH-Px、SOD等水平无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组MPO、GSH-Px、SOD等氧化因子水平优于对照组,组间有差异(P<0.05)。结论为进一步提高临床疗效,本次研究对急性脑梗死患者实施依达拉奉联合丁苯酞治疗方案,可有效提高临床疗效,增加脑血管储备能力,同时改善机体氧化应激反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of edaravone combined with butylphthalide on the efficacy and cerebrovascular reserve capacity of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 110 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the cross-blind method.All patients were given conventional symptomatic treatment.55 patients in the control group were given edaravone treatment,and 55 patients in the observation group were given edaravone combined with butylphthalide.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.According to the cerebrovascular reserve capacity(CVR)and breath holding index(BHI),the cerebrovascular reserve levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.According to the indexes of myeloperoxidase(MPO),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),the oxidative stress levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The significant rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and ineffective rate of the observation group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in CVR and BHI levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CVR and BHI levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in MPO,GSH PX and SOD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of MPO,GSH PX and SOD in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to further improve the clinical efficacy,edaravone combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,increase the cerebrovascular reserve capacity,and improve the body's oxidative stress response,which is worthy of promotion.
