探讨小儿麻醉中盐酸右美托咪定经鼻术前给药的临床价值

Investigation of the Clinical Value of Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride Before Nasal Operation in Pediatric Anesthesia

目的探析盐酸右美托咪定经鼻术前给药应用于小儿麻醉中的应用效果。方法本文所选100例进行腹股沟疝修补手术患儿均为本院2017年1月—2019年12月接收,依据随机数字表法分组,对照组与观察组分别采取咪达唑仑与盐酸右美托咪定麻醉诱导,对麻醉效果对比。结果入睡时间、东安大略儿童医院疼痛评分法(modified children's hospital of eastern Ontario pain scale,CHEOPS)、Ramsay评分法、离开家属的接受状况、面罩接受率、镇静满意度、呼吸道不良事件发生率、术后躁动发生率方面,观察组均比对照组优,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论盐酸右美托咪定经鼻术前给药在小儿麻醉中,不仅可以获取显著镇静、镇痛效果,而且能够促进静脉穿刺和面罩接受率提高。

Objective To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride intranasal administration in pediatric anesthesia.Methods 100 cases of children with inguinal hernia repair were selected in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group and the observation group were given midazolam and dexmedetomidine hydrochloride anesthesia induction,and the anesthetic effect was compared.Results Sleep time,modified children's hospital of eastern Ontario pain scale(CHEOPS),Ramsay score,acceptance of leaving family members,acceptance rate of face mask,sedation satisfaction,incidence of respiratory adverse events and incidence of postoperative agitation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion dexmedetomidine hydrochloride intranasal administration in pediatric anesthesia,not only can obtain significant sedative,analgesic effect,but also can promote venous puncture and mask acceptance rate.
