比索洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Bisoprolol Combined With Sarkuba-valsartan in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析比索洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭临床效果及心功能情况。方法选择2019年4月—2020年4月本院收治慢性心力衰竭79例患者临床资料,按随机数表法分为两组,对照组39例给予比索洛尔治疗,研究组40例则在对照组基础上加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,对比两组效果、心功能及不良反应、生活质量情况。结果研究组总有效率为95.00%,比对照组的74.36%高(χ^(2)=6.5307,P<0.05);研究组治疗后的左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fractions,LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDD)、N末端B型利尿钠肽原(N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)等指标比对照组优(P<0.05);研究组头痛、低血压等不良反应发生率比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗,能改善心功能指标,降低不良反应,提高临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bisoprolol combined with sarkuba-valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure and its effects on their cardiac function.Methods The clinical data of 79 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the Hospital between April 2019 and April 2020 in our hospital were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table:the 39 patients in the control group were treated with bisoprolol,and the 40 patients in the study group were given sarkuba-valsartan plus bisoprolol for treatment.The clinical effects and cardiac function in the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effect of treatment in the study group was 95.00%,higher than that in the control group,which was 74.36%(χ^(2)=6.5307,P<0.05).The indicators of left ventricular ejection fractions(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in the study group after treatment were shown to be better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as headaches and hypotension in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the study group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol combined with sarkuba-valsartan can help improve the clinical effect of treatment for patients with chronic heart failure by improving their heart function and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
