持续质量改进在妇幼保健院医院感染质量管理中的应用

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Quality Management of Nosocomial Infection in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital

目的探讨在妇幼保健院采用持续质量改进完成医院感染质量管理的效果。方法选妇幼保健院医院2020年6—12月收治的手术患者85例,随机分为两组,对照组常规护理,研究组持续质量改进,比较两组感染指标合格率、护理质量和护理满意度。结果对照组的感染指标合格率低于研究组(P<0.05),对照组护理质量低于研究组(P<0.05),对照组护理满意度低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论在妇幼保健院采用持续质量改进完成医院感染质量管理效果显著,能提高患者满意度和临床护理质量,提高感染指标合格率,应推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of quality management of nosocomial infection by continuous quality improvement in maternal and child health care hospital.Methods A total of 85 surgical patients admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine care and the research group continued quality improvement.The qualified rate of infection index,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of infection indexes in the control group was lower than that in the study group(P<0.05),the nursing quality of the control group was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement in maternal and child health care hospitals to complete the quality management of nosocomial infection has a significant effect,can improve patient satisfaction and clinical nursing quality,improve the qualified rate of infection indicators,should be popularized and applied.
