新媒体思维导图结合回授法在预防患儿PICC并发症中的应用

Application of New Media Mind Mapping Combined with Feedback Method in Prevention of PICC Complications in Children

目的分析研究新媒体思维导图结合回授法在预防白血病患儿经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术(peripherally inserted central venous catheters,PICC)并发症中的应用效果。方法对2019年3月—2020年2月住院的200例白血病患儿,按照数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规口头宣教进行健康指导;干预组采用新媒体思维导图结合回授法对患儿进行健康指导。分别记录各组并发症,并进行满意度调查。结果观察组100例,并发症发生率为6.0%,对照组100例,并发症发生率为18.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组总满意度为95.0%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新媒体思维导图结合回授法具有生动、简洁、便于掌握护理要领,可有效预防白血病患儿PICC相关并发症,提高满意度。

Objective To analyze and study the application effect of new media mind mapping combined with feedback method in the prevention of peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)complications in children with leukemia.Methods From March 2019 to February 2020,200 cases of leukemia patients were divided into the mean intervention group and the control group according to the number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group used routine oral education for health guidance.In the intervention group,new media mind mapping and feedback method were used to guide the patients'health.Complications were recorded in each group and satisfaction was investigated.Results In the observation group of 100 patients,the incidence of complications was 6.0%,and in the control group of 100 patients,the incidence of complications was 18.0%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the two groups was 95.0%in the intervention group and 80.0%in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new media mind mapping combined with feedback method is vivid,concise and easy to master the nursing essentials,which can effectively prevent PICC-related complications in children with leukemia,and can increase satisfaction.
