时效时间对低密度超高锰铸钢组织性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of aging time on microstructure and properties of a low density ultra-high manganese cast steel

摘要 为了提高传统高锰钢的初始硬度和强度,设计一种低密度超高锰铸钢,水韧处理后在550℃分别保温1~4 h时效处理,研究保温时间对试验钢组织性能的影响。试验结果显示:当时效保温时间为2 h,试验钢的综合力学性能最佳,其抗拉强度为1041.7 MPa,屈服强度为1002.7 MPa,断后伸长率为17.6%,冲击吸收能量(V型缺口)为62.0 J,硬度为268.5 HBS;与仅水韧处理相比屈服强度提高了107.3%,硬度提高了28.8%。试验钢强度和硬度的提升主要来自于纳米级κ碳化物的析出强化。 To improve the initial hardness and strength,an low density ultra-high manganese cast steel was designed.After water toughening,the tested steel was carried out aging treatment at 550℃for 1-4 h and the effect of aging time on microstructure and properties was investigated.The experimental results show that the tested steel can obtained optimum mechanical properties after aging for 2 h.Its tensile strength is 1041.7 MPa,yield strength is 1002.7 MPa,elongation is 17.6%,impact absorbed energy(V-notch)is 62.0 J,and hardness is 268.5 HBS.Compared with the as-water toughened,the yield strength and the hardness of the steel are increased by 107.3%and 28.8%respectively,which can be attributed to the precipitation-hardened effect originating from the precipitation of nano-sizedκ-carbides.
