固溶时效处理对8030铝合金导线组织性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了固溶时效处理对8030铝合金导线组织性能的影响。结果表明,未经热处理的8030铝合金导线由α-Al、A_(l6)Fe、Al_(13)Cu_(4)Fe_(3)、AlMg_(2)Zn相组成。经过480℃固溶处理6 h后,AlMg_(2)Zn相完全溶入基体,Al_(13)Cu_(4)Fe_(3)相及A_(l6)Fe相部分溶入基体。再经240℃时效处理6 h后,第二相重新析出。经固溶时效处理后,8030铝合金导线的导电率都有所提高,在480℃固溶处理6 h,再经240℃时效处理6 h后,其导电率最高达56.67%IACS,比未经热处理的合金导电率提高了3.41%。经固溶时效处理后,8030铝合金导线的伸长率显著提高,在480℃固溶处理6 h,再经200℃时效处理4 h后,伸长率从未经热处理的3.75%提高到31.25%。 Effect of solution and aging treatments on microstructure and properties of the 8030 aluminum alloy wire was studied.The results show that the untreated alloy wire consists ofα-Al,A_(l6)Fe,Al_(13)Cu_(4)Fe_(3)and AlMg_(2)Zn phases.After solution treatment at 480℃for 6 h,the AlMg_(2)Zn phase is completely dissolved into the matrix,while the Al_(13)Cu_(4)Fe_(3)phase and A_(l6)Fe phase are partially dissolved.After aging treatment at 240℃for 6 h,the second phases are precipitated again.After solution and aging treatments,the conductivity of the 8030 aluminum alloy wire is improved.After solution treated at 480℃for 6 h and then aged at 240℃for 6 h,the conductivity reaches up to 56.67%IACS,which is 3.41%higher than that of the alloy without heat treatment.After solution and aging treatments,the elongation of the alloy wire is significantly increased.When solution treated at 480℃for 6 h and then aged at 200℃for 4 h,the elongation is increased from 3.75%(untreated alloy)to 31.25%.
