摘要
目的:了解河南省中小学心理健康教师的心理健康素养现状以及人群差异情况。方法:以心理健康素养量表(MHLS)为测量工具对来自河南省多所中小学的367名心理健康教师进行现场调查。结果:(1)河南省中小学心理健康教师的心理健康素养平均分为115.35±10.63分;(2)心理健康教师的心理健康素养水平在性别(t=-2.89,P<0.01)、年龄(F=10.45,P<0.01)、学历(t=-3.16,P<0.01)、专业背景(F=6.19,P<0.01)、专兼职(F=10.50,P<0.01)、是否曾担任班主任(t=-4.45,P<0.01)、所在学校心理辅导室的配备(t=-2.47,P<0.05)上具有显著差异。结论:河南省中小学心理健康教师的心理健康素养属于中等水平并存在人群差异。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of mental health literacy of mental health teachers from primary and secondary school in Henan province and the population differences.Methods:Mental Health Literacy Scale(MHLS)was used as a measuring tool to investigate 367 mental health teachers from several primary and secondary schools in Henan province.Results:(1)The average score of primary and secondary school mental health teachers on the MHLS was 115.35±10.63;(2)The mental health literacy level of mental health teachers had significant differences in gender(t=-2.89,P<0.01),age(F=10.45,P<0.01),education background(t=-3.16,P<0.01),professional background(F=6.19,P<0.01),full-time and part-time job(F=10.50,P<0.01),whether to be a homeroom teacher(t=-4.45,P<0.01),whether schools equipped with psychological counseling room(t=-2.47,P<0.05).Conclusion:Teachers from primary and secondary schools in Henan province have intermediate mental health literacy level, and there are significant differences in the mental health literacy of teachers from different groups.
