摘要
目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控常态化时期居家医学生的孤独感、学习倦怠与心理弹性状况并提出对策。方法:应用一般情况调查表、UCLA孤独量表(UCLA-LS)、大学生学习倦怠调查量表和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC),采用横断面调查某医学院校316名医学生,共收回问卷316份,剔除不合格问卷13份,有效问卷303份(95.89%)。结果:医学生孤独感得分为(43.95±8.07)分,学习倦怠得分为(56.72±9.56)分,均处于中等偏高水平。心理弹性总分为(60.52±13.23)分,处于一般较低水平。其中,51.49%的医学生处于高孤独感水平内,而低孤独感群体仅占2.31%;有44.22%存在学习倦怠,有50.83%是否存在学习倦怠难以确定,有4.95%不存在学习倦怠;在医学生心理弹性水平方面,≤60分的医学生占比为52.15%,≥80分占比仅为5.28%。不同性别和年级对医学生孤独感总分具有统计学意义(t=2.437,F=2.868;P<0.05)。性别对学习倦怠和行为不当维度得分存在影响(t=2.214,2.533;P<0.05),而年级对成就感低维度得分有影响(F=5.336,P<0.01)。结论:COVID-19疫情防控常态化时期医学生普遍存在高孤独感、高学习倦怠和心理弹性降低等问题。医学教育者应重视对医学生心理健康状况的评估,针对性制定心理干预对策以提高其应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。
Objective:To analyze the loneliness, learning burnout and resilience of medical students in the period of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 316 medical students in a medical college by using the General Situation Questionnaire, UCLA Loneliness Scale(3 rd edition),Learning Burnout Scale and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).Results:The scores of loneliness and learning burnout of medical students were(43.95±8.07)and(56.72±9.56)respectively, which were in the higher level.The total score of resilience was(60.52±13.23),which was at a relatively low level.Among them, 51.49% of medical students had high loneliness, only 2.31% had low loneliness, 44.22% had learning burnout, 50.83% had uncertain learning burnout and 4.95% had no learning burnout.The resilience of medical students whose score was ≤60 was 52.15%,and≥80 was only 5.28%.Gender and grade had statistical significance in the total score of loneliness of medical students(t=2.437,F=2.868;P<0.05).There were gender differences in the scores of learning burnout and misbehavior dimension(t=2.214,2.533;P<0.05),and grade difference in the score of low achievement dimension(F=5.336,P<0.01).Conclusion:During the normal period of epidemic prevention and control,medical students generally have the problems of high loneliness,high learning burnout and low resilience.Medical educators should attach importance to the evaluation of medical students’ psychological state,make psychological intervention measures to improve their ability to deal with public health emergencies.
