组合台阶陡帮开采在山西某露天铁矿的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 山西某露天铁矿采场西端帮剥岩相对滞后,东端帮已基本到界,随着开采水平的下降,采场作业空间将不断减小,严重制约着矿山生产发展。为实现陡帮开采安全高效地进行,结合矿山现状特点、矿体赋存条件和开采境界等因素,通过研究矿山采剥工艺,并借助三维矿业工程软件,确定矿山采用组合台阶开采。将组合台阶开采工作线斜交矿体走向布置,由东向西推进,并通过调整台阶组合数量和工作线推进方向,来编制采剥计划和均衡生产剥采比,保证生产能力。该矿山的设计和生产实践表明,组合台阶开采不仅可以应用到剥岩工程,还可以应用到采矿工程,能够取得较好的技术经济效益。 The west side spalling of an open pit iron mine in Shanxi province is relatively lagging be⁃hind,and the east side has basically reached the boundary.With the decline of mining level,the working space of stope will continue to decrease,which seriously restricts the development of mine production.In or⁃der to realize the safe and efficient mining of steep slope,combined with the characteristics of mine status,ore body occurrence conditions and mining boundary and other factors,through the study of mining strip⁃ping technology,and with the help of three-dimensional mining engineering software,the combination step mining is determined.The oblique orebody along the working line of combined bench mining is ar⁃ranged from east to west,and the stripping plan and balanced production stripping ratio are prepared by ad⁃justing the number of bench combinations and the direction of working line to ensure the production capaci⁃ty.The design and production practice of the mine show that the combined bench mining can not only be ap⁃plied to rock stripping engineering,but also to mining engineering,which can achieve better technical and economic benefits.
