摘要
深孔预裂爆破技术对处理顶板问题具有重要作用。针对某煤矿61202工作面初次垮落步距大、地压显现和支护难度大等问题,通过采用预裂爆破切顶技术分别在切眼和运输顺槽对工作面顶板进行切缝处理。从预裂切缝效果和矿压显现2个方面对工作面爆破切顶技术的效果进行分析。结果表明:顶板爆破切顶卸压充分破坏了61202工作面顶板的完整性,极大地缩小了工作面初采初放期间顶板悬露面积,降低了工作面初次来压的剧烈影响,保证了生产安全。
Deep hole pre-splitting blasting technology plays an important role in dealing with roof problems.Aiming at the problems of large initial caving step,ground pressure appearance and difficult sup⁃port in 61202 working face of a coal mine,the roof of the working face was cut by pre-splitting blasting cut⁃ting technology in the cutting hole and the transportation channel.The effect of blasting roof cutting technol⁃ogy in working face was analyzed from two aspects of pre-splitting cutting effect and strata behavior.The re⁃sults show that the roof blasting roof cutting and pressure relief fully damaged the roof integrity of 61202 working face,greatly reduced the roof exposed area during the initial mining and initial caving of the work⁃ing face,reduced the severe influence of the initial weighting of the working face,and ensured the produc⁃tion safety.
